Looking for a fun, engaging, and genuinely musical rhythm experience? Whether you're 8 or 80, a complete beginner or an experienced musician, you're welcome here.

Unlike many drum circles that focus primarily on free-form jamming, this experience blends the joy and connection of a community drum circle with the guidance of an experienced drum teacher and performer. You'll learn simple techniques, explore authentic rhythms, and discover how individual parts come together to create a powerful group groove.

No musical experience is required. In fact, many participants arrive having never touched a drum before and leave surprised by how quickly they're able to play and contribute.

What to Expect

• Play quality hand drums and percussion instruments

• Learn simple rhythms that anyone can follow

• Experience how rhythm connects people together

• Challenge your brain while having fun

• Meet new people and create something together

• Discover the meditative and stress-relieving qualities of drumming

Your facilitator, Timothy Dabrowski, has spent years studying and teaching traditional West African drumming and is known for his patient, clear, and accessible teaching style. Guests consistently describe the experience as welcoming, inspiring, educational, and surprisingly transformative.

Rather than simply making noise together, you'll learn how rhythm works, how different parts interlock, and how a group creates something larger than any individual player. Many participants leave with more than just a new rhythm—they leave feeling relaxed, energized, connected, and inspired.

Why Drum?

• Reduce stress and promote relaxation

• Improve focus, coordination, and cognitive function

• Stimulate creativity and problem-solving

• Strengthen communication and social connection

• Encourage mindfulness and presence

• Boost energy and confidence

Most importantly, you'll experience the joy of creating music together. No pressure. No judgment. Just rhythm, connection, and a chance to discover something new.

Come find your rhythm in the Rockies.
